At Norton Service, customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Digital products (license keys) can be refunded only if they have not been activated.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • Defective or incorrect license keys will be replaced at no cost.

2. Non-Refundable

  • Activated or used license keys cannot be refunded.

  • Refunds are not given for “change of mind” purchases.

3. Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@norton-hub.site with your order ID.

  2. Our team will verify the request.

  3. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
