Digital products (license keys) can be refunded only if they have not been activated.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Defective or incorrect license keys will be replaced at no cost.
Activated or used license keys cannot be refunded.
Refunds are not given for “change of mind” purchases.

Our team will verify the request.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
